The Savage Arms Axis II XP bolt action rifle provides you with a single solution rile and scope combo in one convenient package. Raffle Rules and Restrictions
- The drawing will be Thursday, November 30 at 7pm at Bill Bateman’s in Hanover.
- The winner will be required to pass a background check in accordance with all applicable state gun laws. In the event the winner does not pass the applicable background checks, the winning ticket shall be voided and there will be a new drawing.
- All tickets are non-refundable, including those where a winner’s background check fails to pass.
- By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are at least 18 years of age, a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, have intention of using the gun only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the gun won.
- Tickets and the gun are non-transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the gun. Proceeds of the raffle will benefit the Hanover Rampage Baseball Program and its families.
